Mayor Henry S. Wheeler tonight received, for the city of Newport, a copy of the new book, “Aaron Lopez and Judah Touro, a Refugee and a Son of a Refugee, ” by Dr. Morris A. Gutstein, rabbi of the 281-year-old Touro Synagogue, at a ceremony held at the Newport Jewish Community Center. The book is published by Behrman’s Jewish Book House, New York.
