George Z. Medalie, former United States Attorney, and Mrs. Justine Tulin, daughter of Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, sat as observers for Mayor LaGuardia yesterday at the first meeting of the Aldermanic inquiry committee investigating New York City’s relief administration.
Mrs. Tulin, assistant corporation counsel, is counsel to Mayor LaGuardia’s committee on an independent investigation of Welfare Commissioner William Hodson’s office.
