Members of two far-right groups demonstrated at the Western Wall in hope of ascending to the Temple Mount to conduct Passover prayers. Demonstrators from the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful movements dressed in orange the color of the settlement movement arrived at the Mughrabi Gate in Jerusalem late Thursday morning, the Jerusalem Post reported. Police had been deployed throughout the area, but no violent clashes were reported. Meanwhile, up to 10,000 Jews gathered at the Western Wall to hear the priestly blessing for the holiday.
