Menachem Rubin, well-known Yiddish actor, died here yesterday at the age of 76. Born in Poland, Mr. Rubin started his acting career on the Russian stage, then joined the Yiddish stage in Russia. He came to the United States in the ’30’s, and performed all over the country, enjoying particular fame in his dramatizations of works by Sholem Aleichem.
