Miami Jews Establish Court of Arbitration

A Jewish arbitration court has been established here by the Council of Miami Jewish Organizations to hear and settle controversies voluntarily submitted by Jewish individuals or societies. Rabbi Jacob H. Kaplan, Harry Simonhoff, a lawyer, and Isaac Levin, a business man, were elected to sit as judges for a term of six month.
