The Young Israel Organization will hold its second annual Midwestern Convention here for three days beginning December 23rd, with headquarters at Hotel Statler.
Delegates from New York, Buffalo, Rochester, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Columbus, Erie and Montreal are to attend.
Young Israel has been established for twenty-one years and has promoted Jewish educational enterprises in this country and abroad. It favors the perpetuation of traditional Judaism in Palestine. Recently the National organization purchased $50,000 worth of land for establishment of a Young Israel Colony in the Holy Land.
