Dr. Adolf Sturmthal, pre-Hitler Austrian author, declared in an address here today that 50,000 Germans would be imprisoned by the Nazi secret police the day war was declared. He said the anti-Nazi underground movement numbered 10,000 active workers in Germany but commanded the sympathy of millions.
