Milton B. Levin, president of the Eastern Union County Jewish Council, and an outstanding leader in many Jewish and other communal affairs, died here this week-end after a long illness. He was 53.
Mr. Levin, an attorney, was chairman of this city’s Mayors Committee on Human Relations, and a member of the board of directors of the New Jersey region of the National Conference of Jews and Christians.
