Milton Green, a U.S. Jewish athlete who refused to compete in the 1936 “Nazi Olympics,” died Tuesday in Florida at 91. A former world-record hurdler, Green refused to compete in the Berlin Games, which Hitler considered a showcase for his Nazi Party.
