Milton Weill, veteran of philanthropic and civic activities, was today elected president of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York, at a meeting of the Federation’s Board of Trustees. Mr. Weill, who became the Federation’s 14th president, succeeds Ralph E. Samuel.
