Two talented child pianists of a local Jewish family are being hailed as prodigies by musical authorities here.
In their first appearance outside a studio, Marilyn, 9, and Jeredythe, 7, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Meyer, were hailed by critics for their performances in laudatory reviews. They played pieces from Beethoven, Chopin and Mendelssohn before a group of children and grownups.
The girls are to be sent to Boston for further study, the parents declared.
