Melvin S Zaret 28 has been elected executive director of the Milwaukee Jewish Welfare Fund. it was announced here today by the fund’s board of directors. Mr. Zaret, who takes over his duties on July 1 succeeds Elkan C. Voorsanger who held the post 17 years.
