Miss Cecilia Razovsky, associate director of the National Council of Jewish Women, and an immigration authority, has been reelected chairman of the General Committee of Immigrant Aid at Ellis Island and New York Harbor, an advisory agency of all church and welfare groups conducting immigrant aid work at the Port of New York, it was announced yesterday.
