Officials of the Mogen Dovid Adoin, Israel’s equivalent of the Red Cross, announced today plans to ship 3, 000 pounds worth of blood plasma to Cuba for those wounded in the revolution. They said that during Israel’s War of Independence, Cuba was one of the countries which sent plasma for wounded Israel soldiers and civilians.
