Bernard Mogilensky, Jewish attorney from the Bronx, has been sworn in by Mayor Walker for a thirty-day term as Magistrate to substitute for Magistrate Rosenbluth who is ill. Mr. Mogilensky, who has been an assistant district attorney for the last seven years is also active in Jewish affairs in the Bronx.
