Mordechai Paltzur has been named Israeli Ambassador to Bolivia and Aharon Ofry Ambassador to Uruguay, it was announced here. Paltzur has served in several African countries and was most recently No. 2 man at the Embassy in Nicosia. Ofry has been director of the Foreign Ministry’s Internal Control Division.
