More than 3,000 persons attended a memorial meeting here today commemorating the 18th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising sponsored by the Federation of Jewish Institutions. Governor Carlos Lacerda of Guanabara, told the gathering that only the State of Israel had the right to try Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann. To deny Israel such right would be an insult to the 6,000,000 Jews who perished at the hands of the Nazis, he said. Israel Ambassador Yosef Tekoah also addressed the meeting.
