More than 50 young Jews from 14 European countries met in Budapest for a seminar aimed at forming a new generation of Jewish lay leaders. Participants at the seminar, sponsored by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, ranged in age from 17 to 30 and came from 13 former Communist states and Turkey.
