More than 5,000 high schools across France will receive a DVD with excerpts from the film “Shoah.” Announcing the project at a school in Paris on Tuesday alongside the film’s producer, Claude Lanzmann, France’s education minister, Francois Fillon, said the film would “promote a long-term battle against all racisms.”
