Henry Morgenthau, Jr., former Secretary of the freasury, will be among the principal speakers at a dinner here marking the 70th anniversary of the Hebrew Union College, oldest rabbinical seminary in America, it was announced today. The dinner which will be held on Saturday, Dec. 8, will also be addressed by Dr. Stephen S. Wise.
