Morris Abram Sworn in As U.S. Representative to U. N. Commission

Morris B. Abram, president of the American Jewish Committee, was sworn in today as the United States representative to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. Mr. Abram was appointed by President Johnson six weeks ago and represented the United States at the Commission’s last session in Geneva.
