Chief Rabbi Meir Levin of Moscow will attend a European rabbinical conference here November 4 and 5, it was announced today. Rabbi Levin will be the only delegate from a community in Eastern Europe. Attendance at a conference outside the Soviet Union by the Moscow Chief Rabbi is virtually unprecedented in recent years.
