Moses Silberfarb, former Minister of Jewish Affairs in the Ukrainian Rada government, arrived in Moscow as the representative of the Ort. Mr. Silberfarb will remain in Russia for three weeks. He will study the Jewish situation in the small towns of White Russia and the Ukraine where the Ort is active.
