Mosley and Henchmen Freed on Riot Charge

Sir Oswald Mosley was acquitted at Lewes today on charges of riotous assembly. Freed with him were three Black Shirt followers. The British Fascist chieftain was found not guilty at the direction of the judge, who accepted the motion of Sir Patrick Hastings, chief defense attorney, that “no case” had been made by the prosecution.
