Motza Jew Freed of Murder Charge

The examining magistrate has dismissed the murder charge against Samuel Brosa, leader of the Jewish community of Motze, who was arrested last September. The magistrate declared that the evidence against him was fabricated. He had been free on bail of $2,500 since his arrest.
