Leo Motzkin, noted Jewish leader and member of the Jewish delegation to the National Minorities Congress, today wrote to President Wilfan, declining a post on the executive of the Minorities Congress, conferred upon him at the recent session.
In his letter, Dr. Motzkin declared that in view of the Congress attitude toward the Jewish question, he must decline the post on the executive committee. The Jewish delegation to the congress, which was held last week, declined to participate because they could not receive assurances that the German-Jewish question could be fully discussed.
