American Jewish youth should spend at least one year in service in Israel following the completion of their studies here, Mrs. Rose Halprin, member of the Jewish Agency executive, told delegates at the seventh national convention of the Intercollegiate Zionist Federation of America. The college Zionists decided to include education toward chaluziut in the I.Z.F.A. program. Sherman Lieber, a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, was elected president of the organization.
