Mrs. Arthur G. Laufman, former district administrator for the City of Chicago Welfare Division, has been named to the newly-created post of national director of women’s activities of B’nai B’rith, it was announced here by Mrs. Ida Cook Farber, president of the Women’s Supreme Council of B’nai B’rith. Mrs. Laufman will be responsible for the coordination of all B’nai B’rith women’s activities. She will temporarily have her headquarters in Chicago.
