Mrs. Marion M. Miller, former associate director of the Child Study Association, has been named executive director of the National Council of Jewish Women, it was announced yesterday by Mrs. Arthur Brin, president of the organization. Mrs. Miller fills the vacancy left by Mrs. Mary G. Schonberg who died a month ago.
