The will of the late Mrs. Augusta N. Rosenwald, disposing of an estate amounting to well over $1,000,000, was field for probate.

The will leaves the furnishings of the Rosenwald home to the husband, Julius Rosenwald, and divides the remainder in five equal portions. Two portions are left outright to a son, Lessing J. Rosenwald, and a daughter, Mrs. Edith R. Stern. Three portions are to form a trust fund for twenty years to be divided between William Rosenwald, a son, Mrs. Marion Stern and Adelle Rosenwald Levy.

Julius Rosenwald and Lessing Rosenwald are named executors, and the two with Dr. Edward Stern are trustees of the trust funds.

The will states that the heirs understand her wishes in regard to charities and that she relies on them to carry out these wishes.
