Mrs. Ruth Dayan, the former wife of Moshe Dayan, has joined the Sheli Movement–the alignment of the Social Democrats. Moked, Haolam Hazeh and the Black Panthers. Mrs. Dayan followed her son, actor Assaf Dayan, who joined the Movement last week. She said she was joining Sheli as a “peace-seeking public figure,” and not as a representative of one of the blocs comprising the new camp. “I regard peace as the main theme in the current elections.” she said.
