The Assembly yesterday passed the Bollinger Bill, which would force employment agencies to insert in their advertisements the name and address of a company wanting an employe of a specific race, color or religion.
The Gutman bill, which is now in the Senate Judiciary Committee, requires that before an employment agency places an ad requesting help of a definite religion or race, it must have a statement in writing from the prospective employer, and this statement must be open for inspection by License Commissioner Moss.
