The New Zionist Organization today announced the failure of negotiations with Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization, which were initiated by Robert Briscoe, Jewish member of the Irish Dail Eireann.
The N.Z.O. said Dr. Weizmann had expressed sympathy with the plan for a Jewish army and had expressed his intention of meeting Vladimir Jabotinsky, president of the N.Z.O., in America.
