Name Attorney to Argue Rights of Jewish Minority Violated in Upper Silesia

The Jewish advocate, Dr. Reichman of Kattowice, Upper Silesia, will argue the petition submitted by Dr. Perl, a Jewish doctor of Hindenburg, before the Upper Silesian Mixed Commission appointed by the League of Nations when it comes up for consideration, it was learned today.

Dr. Perl, who was dismissed from the sick fund panel at Hindenburg, maintains that his dismissal was wrongful and contrary to German undertakings towards the Jewish minority in Upper Silesia.
