At an impressive memorial meeting, tributes were paid to the memory of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, who died at the hands of an assassin in Tel Aviv, and it was decided that his name be inscribed in the Golden Book of the Jewish National Fund by Detroit Jews.

The memorial meeting, held at the Philadelphia – Byron Talmud Torah, was addressed by David Sislin, Joseph Haggai, Aaron Pregerson, Philip Slomovitz and Rabbi Isaac Stollman. Cantor Jacob Sonenklar chanted the “El Molei Rachamim.” All Zionist parties were represented.
