The heads of state of the three principal “nonaligned” nations — India, Yugoslavia and Egypt — concluded their summit meeting here today with a communique expressing support for the Palestine Arabs and their aspirations. The communique was signed by Mrs. Indira Gandhi, Prime Minister of India; President Tito of Yugoslavia; and Egyptian President Nasser.

In a statement after the conference, President Nasser charged that some Arab countries were striving to form a new “Baghdad Pact” under the guise of Arab unity. He also disclosed that Egypt was facing a serious foreign exchange crisis.
