Nathan Kaufer, country clothes peddler who died recently in Milwaukee, Wis., left a bequest of $500 to every synagogue and temple in Milwaukee. His will disposes of an estate of $200,000. Bequests of $2,000 and $1,000 were made to Mount Sinai, the Jewish Home for the Aged, the Hungarian Jewish Home and the Jewish Orphans’ Home, synagogue at Farkasd, Czechoslovakia, Jewish Orphanage at Cleveland and the Talmud schools in Jerusalem.
