The Israeli navy stopped a yacht bearing the Cypriot flag on the high seas Monday, and removed two passengers it claimed to be terrorists belonging to Yasir Arafat’s Al Fatah faction of the Palestine Liberation Organization.
The vessel and its four-member crew were allowed to proceed to its destination, the port of Sidon, in southern Lebanon.
