The Moscow Radio reported last night that the text of a military order has been found on captured German officers instructing them to stimulate anti-Jewish pogroms in Nazi-occupied cities and to incite the local Russian population against the Jews.

At the same time the Berlin radio last night severely attacked Chief Rabbi Herts of England for his call to the Jews to participate in the National Day of Prayer for British victory on September 7, marking the second anniversary of the beginning of the war. “Rabbi Hertz pointed out quite rightly that the outcome of the war is of utmost importance to Jews,” the Nazi broadcaster commented.
