The West Berlin branch of the Organization of Victims of Nazi Persecution protested today against the forthcoming meeting of members of HIAG, the association of veterans of the Waffen SS, scheduled in the north German town of Rendsburg on September 18. The meeting will be the second in that town of the veterans of the SS branch which was in military service during World War II.

The protest asserted that the projected meeting was a provocation against all victims of the Nazi era. The Hungarian Organization of Nazi Persecutees also filed a protest against the meeting with the Bavarian Interior Ministry.
