Nearly 200 protesters gathered at the Palestinian Mission to the United Nations in New York to condemn the killing of eight Israelis by a Palestinian bus driver. Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat “ignores the climate of hate that he has fostered among the perpetrators of terror,” said Ezra Levin, president-elect of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, which co-sponsored the event with UJA-Federation of Greater New York.
