Following a disagreement in the testimony of two Board of Health Inspectors, Presiding Justice Albert Voorhies yesterday dismissed the case against Abraham Kaufman, president of the Neboh Kosher Provision Company, 488 Broadway, Brooklyn, in Brooklyn Special Sessions Court.
