Dr. Theodore K. Lawless, a Chicago dermatologist and chairman of the division of higher education of the Congregational Christian Churches, left here for Israel yesterday to dedicate a 35-bed dermatology wing at Tel Aviv’s Beilinson Hospital. Dr. Lawless, a Negro, and his friends raised $160, 000 toward the $400, 000 wing. The Histadrut, which will honor him for his accomplishment, supplied the remainder of the necessary funds.
