Neville Laski Named to Refugee Aid Body

The Board of Deputies of British Jews today announed the appointment of Neville Laski, president of the organization, to represent the Board of Deputies on the Advisory Council connected with the autonomous governing body for German refugees created by the League of Nations.

The Committee of Jewish Delegations, which has its headquarters in Paris, has elected Nahum Goldmann, noted Zionist leader, to the Advisory Council.

The Advisory Council, an official body, will help and advise High Commissioner James G. McDonald in the task of ameliorating the lot of the German refugees, who left Germany with the advent of the Nazis.
