New anti-Jewish rioting flared in the city of Klobuck near Czenstochow today following the arrest of two Endeks (anti-Semitic National Democrats) for theft when a gang of hooligans ran among Jewish traders in the market.

After the arrests the mob stormed the police station demanding the release of their companions and shouting threats of vengeance against the Jews.

Police were finally forced to fire over the heads of the mob, causing it to disperse. After it left the police station, the crowd began breaking the windows of Jewish houses, wounding one Jew named Moss.
