New attacks occurred here early this morning when several dozen Arabs fell upon the Yemenite qparter, throwing stones at the inhabitants. The attackers were repelled by the Palestine police.

This section is known as the quarter of tin houses, owing to the tin roofs.

Extremely congested, it borders on many other quarters inhabited by Oriental Jews. Had the attacks not been repulsed promptly, grave consequences mighth ave ensued.
