Arthuro Bertollo, who recently replaced Gen. Philomeno Velasco as chief of the federal police, yesterday received a delegation of the DAIA, central Jewish body, which submitted a memorandum detailing recent anti-Semitic incidents and recalling a similar note submitted by the DAIA in April. The delegation cited the bombing Sunday of the Bar Kochba Sports Club.

Bertollo assured Dr. Moises Goldman, DAIA president, that perpetrators of anti-Jewish acts would be dealt with severely in the future. He asked the DAIA to draft proposals for the prevention of anti-Jewish activities.
