A new, three-story building, named after the late Mrs. Anne Borowitz, of Chicago, was dedicated here yesterday by Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology. The structure will house the laboratories and teaching facilities of the institute’s departments of sanitary engineering, geodesy and structural engineering, as well as offices of the faculty of civil engineering.

The Anne Borowitz building was erected through contributions by members and friends of the Chicago chapter of the American Technion Society, including David Borowitz, Samuel M. Bernstein, Jacob R. Sensibar, Nathan H. Sherman, David Silbert, Maurice Spartus and Joseph Wertheimer.
