Cuba’s new Minister to Israel, Ricardo Sobirano Lobo, conferred here today with Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister. They discussed the relations between Cuba and Israel. The Cuban envoy paid a courtesy visit to Kaddish Luz, speaker of the Knesset, Israel’s parliament.
