Roman Kutylowski, head of the Gdynia-America Line, announced yesterday that beginning today the line will operate from the pier at the foot of Sixth street, Hoboken, N. J. Since the inauguration of the line in 1931, its pier has been located at Thirty-ninth street, Brooklyn.
